Senior Specialist, Business Planning and Analysis

This role is primarily responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing both internal management information reporting and polished client-facing reporting, while also supporting the design and creation of new reports to meet evolving business and client needs.
The successful incumbent will havedetailed knowledge of Microsoft Excel and be familiar with common reporting platforms (e.g., Microsoft PowerBI and Tableau). Experience with SQL and data warehouses is preferred.
This role can be based either in Berwyn, PA or Pittsburgh, PA.
Primary Responsibilities
- Produce, maintain, and distribute recurring and ad hoc management information reports for MAS senior leadership and internal stakeholders.
- Develop and deliver polished, accurate, and timely client-facing reports in support of client servicing and relationship management activities.
- Assist in the design, development, and implementation of new reports and reporting enhancements.
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather and execute reporting requirements.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to streamline, standardize, and automate reporting processes.
- Maintain reporting documentation, including report definitions, methodologies, data sources, and procedures.
- 2-5 years of experience in a business analyst environment required
- Experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in management information systems, business administration, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required.

Base salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base salary is only part of the total rewards package, which may include eligibility for an annual discretionary incentive award.
