Product Owner

Job Summary

We are seeking a Salesforce Engineer with strong Product Owner experience to lead the delivery of Salesforce solutions while remaining hands-on with the Salesforce platform. This role requires a technical professional who can translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions, prioritize product backlogs, and work closely with development teams to deliver high-quality features.

The ideal candidate will have deep experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, strong Product Owner expertise in Agile environments, and the ability to perform hands-on Salesforce configuration and collaborate on technical solution design.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the Product Owner for Salesforce applications and initiatives.
• Define product vision, roadmap, and prioritize the Salesforce product backlog.
• Gather business requirements and convert them into detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, architects, developers, QA, and release teams.
• Remain hands-on with Salesforce by configuring objects, fields, page layouts, Flows, validation rules, reports, dashboards, and security.
• Review technical designs and ensure solutions align with business objectives and Salesforce best practices.
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and release planning.
• Collaborate with development teams on Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), integrations, and API-based solutions.
• Support Salesforce releases, deployments, testing, and production support activities.
• Drive continuous process improvements and Salesforce platform enhancements.
• Ensure successful adoption of new Salesforce features and functionality.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 7+ years of Salesforce platform experience.
• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Salesforce Business Analyst with Product Ownership responsibilities.
• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration and administration.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce SDLC and release management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
