Enterprise Resources Planning System Analyst

A large manufacturing and distribution company headquartered in the Philadelphia region is seeking an ERP Analyst to join its growing team. This is a highly visible, cross-functional role supporting critical business systems and partnering with teams across the organization. You’ll play a key role in optimizing ERP performance, supporting system enhancements, and ensuring a seamless experience for end users.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements to ensure the ERP system aligns with evolving operational needs
• Collaborate with developers and technical teams to design, test, and implement system enhancements
• Support system upgrades, including participation in user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Provide day-to-day technical support and troubleshooting for end users
• Perform data validation to ensure accuracy and integrity across systems
• Identify and resolve system issues to maintain reliability and optimize performance
• Develop, maintain, and enhance reporting solutions to support business decision-making

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of ERP systems and how business processes flow across functions
• Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and reporting
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and supporting end users
• Familiarity with Microsoft Power BI for reporting and visualization
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills
