Mission

Prepare and support user acceptance testing with client and drive business readiness for go-live. Build test scenarios and data, onboard key users, support client UAT execution on site, manage business-side defect triage, and run the business cutover rehearsal.

Key responsibilities

Prepare UAT with client: test scenarios, test data and key-user onboarding.

Support client-owned UAT execution on site and keep it on track.

Manage defect triage with the business and feed it into the defect process.

Own the business cutover rehearsal and go-live business readiness.

Coordinate with the Test & Cutover Manager on UAT governance.

Remain as a hypercare team member (Oct to Nov) to support the business post-go-live.

Required skills and expertise

Strong UAT preparation and business-readiness experience on SAP programmes.

Ability to onboard and coach client key users through UAT.

Business-side defect triage and readiness tracking.

Change and readiness sensitivity in a French-speaking business context.

Coordination with test management and cutover.

Experience

6+ years in SAP delivery with a focus on UAT, business readiness and key-user enablement on implementations or conversions.

Languages

French (fluent) and English (fluent) required.
