Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze complex business requirements across multiple ServiceNow modules
• Support platform governance, architecture standards, and best practices
• Collaborate with architects to define scalable and maintainable solutions
• Evaluate business impacts of architectural decisions
• Ensure alignment with ServiceNow platform capabilities and roadmap
• Support implementation and platform optimization initiatives

Requirements:

• 5+ years of Business Analysis experience
• Strong ServiceNow platform expertise
• Understanding of enterprise architecture principles and governance models
• Experience working closely with solution architects and technical teams
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Fluent German (C1) and English
• EU-based location
