Responsibilities:

• Analyze cybersecurity and security operations processes
• Gather requirements related to vulnerability response, incident response, and security workflows
• Work closely with security teams and technical stakeholders
• Translate business needs into ServiceNow SecOps solutions
• Support process optimization and automation initiatives
• Participate in testing, implementation, and user adoption activities

Requirements:

• 5+ years of Business Analysis experience
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow SecOps
• Understanding of security operations, vulnerability management, and incident response processes
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent German (C1) and English
• EU-based location
