About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Implementation Consultant to join our team and support complex finance transformation and implementation projects for our clients.

In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor for clients, leading discovery, design, configuration, and deployment activities. You will work closely with Finance, Accounting, Tax, Treasury, Controllership, and other client stakeholders to understand business needs, align processes, and support successful implementation outcomes.

You will play a key role in guiding clients through transformation initiatives, helping them improve financial close, intercompany, accounting, and operational finance processes through technology-enabled solutions.

What you’ll do

• Lead client discovery, design, and implementation activities for finance transformation projects.
• Act as the functional design lead and project implementation advisor for client engagements.
• Facilitate workshops with key business stakeholders to understand processes, pain points, priorities, and desired outcomes.
• Translate client objectives into practical solution designs and implementation roadmaps.
• Configure and support the implementation of finance automation solutions according to business requirements.
• Coordinate with client teams and internal stakeholders across implementation, customer success, services, product, sales, and marketing.
• Manage client expectations throughout the delivery lifecycle and ensure alignment across all parties involved.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and long-term solution adoption.
• Support the development of implementation assets such as playbooks, workshops, use cases, demos, and training materials.
• Mentor and support colleagues involved in solution consulting or implementation activities.

What we’re looking for

• Previous experience as a consultant focused on process improvement, technology enablement, finance transformation, or implementation projects.
• Strong understanding of finance and accounting processes, especially financial close, intercompany, reporting, tax, treasury, or controllership.
• Experience managing complex transformation or implementation projects with strategic clients.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with client stakeholders and guide them through change.
• Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and engage broader teams when needed.
• Experience working with Finance, Accounting, FP&A, Tax, Treasury, Reporting, or Division Finance teams.
• Ability to translate business objectives into clear solution recommendations.

Nice to have

• Experience in audit, accounting, or finance consulting.
• Experience with large ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Accounting degree, CPA, or similar finance qualification.
• PMP certification or project management background.
• Experience supporting large-scale transformation projects.
