Microsoft Dynamics Consultant

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service Consultant to join an exciting implementation and optimization project. In this client-facing consulting role, you will help organizations streamline their field service operations by designing, configuring, and optimizing Dynamics 365 Field Service solutions.

You will work closely with business stakeholders to improve work order management, scheduling, mobile workforce enablement, asset management, and service delivery processes. This is an excellent opportunity to work on enterprise-scale Microsoft Dynamics projects while collaborating with cross-functional teams in an international environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service solutions
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional solutions
• Configure and optimize:
• Work Order Management
• Scheduling and Dispatching
• Resource Management
• Preventive Maintenance
• Inspections
• Inventory Management
• Field Service Mobile Application
• Conduct workshops and gather business requirements
• Support solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment activities
• Deliver user training and provide post-go-live support
• Collaborate with technical teams on integrations with Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform solutions
• Provide best practice recommendations to improve field service processes

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service
• Strong functional knowledge of:
• Work Orders
• Scheduling & Dispatching
• Resource Optimization
• Preventive Maintenance
• Asset Management
• Inspections
• Inventory Management
• Field Service Mobile App
• Dynamics 365 Customer Service
• Dynamics 365 Finance
• Microsoft Power Platform
• Experience participating in ERP/CRM implementation projects
• Strong experience with workshops, solution configuration, testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and end-user training
• Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing consulting skills
• Fluent Romanian and English (both written and spoken)

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance
• Broader knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform solutions
