Job Opportunity: ERP Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled ERP Consultant to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in implementing and optimizing Enterprise Resource Planning systems to enhance business processes and drive operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into ERP system solutions.
• Work closely with the Project Manager to achieve the project objectives.
• Communicate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements during the analysis phase.
• Advise clients on best practices relevant to their business and business processes.
• Implement and configure ERP applications.
• Prepare project documentation, including project plans, annexes, and implementation documents.
• Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective system utilization.
• Provide support to clients during the Go-Live phase.
• Transfer knowledge to the Support team.
• Work closely with the Development and Support teams.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ERP trends and technologies.

Requirements:

• Good accounting knowledge.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills.
• Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to build effective working relationships with colleagues across the organization.
• Strong analytical skills and a keen attention to detail.
• A creative mindset combined with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Technical skills, such as knowledge of SQL, are considered an asset.
