Senior Business Operations & Data Analyst

We are seeking a highly experienced analytical and strategic Business Operations & Data Analyst to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving data-informed decision-making across the organization, partnering closely with Finance, Product, Marketing, and Executive Leadership. The successful candidate will own the BI roadmap, company-wide business metric definitions, dashboard strategy, reporting quality, and executive-level insight generation.

The ideal candidate brings deep experience in high-tech B2C and SaaS environments, with a strong grasp of core subscription metrics and business models.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Analysis & Insight Generation
• Identify trends, anomalies, and hidden opportunities within complex datasets, proactively surfacing insights to senior leadership.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses on key strategic topics including pricing, retention, growth, and unit economics.
• Translate ambiguous business questions into structured analytical frameworks and actionable outputs.
• Executive Communication & Storytelling
• Synthesize complex data into clear, compelling narratives tailored for executive and cross-functional audiences.
• Prepare and deliver high-impact presentations and reports to support decision-making at the C level management.
• Act as a trusted advisor by providing data-backed recommendations that influence company strategy.
• Business Performance & Metrics Ownership
• Own the definition, documentation, and governance of key business metrics, ensuring consistency across dashboards, reports, and executive presentations
• Establish a single source of truth for company
• Key SaaS and B2C KPIs, including ARR Churn, LTV, CAC, NRR
• Drive a deep understanding of customer behavior, lifecycle, and funnel performance across B2C workflows.
• Data Infrastructure & Business operations Leadership
• Own business logic, semantic definitions, reporting models, and dashboard-ready data requirements, while partnering with BI developers/data engineers on DWH structure, integrations, pipelines, and technical implementation. Champion best practices in data governance, accuracy, and consistency.
• Automation & Innovation
• Own the BI dashboard portfolio: define priorities, improve usability, retire outdated reports, and ensure dashboards answer real business questions
• Identify opportunities to automate reporting and analytical processes, improving efficiency and scalability.
• Leverage modern tools and AI-driven approaches to enhance analytics capabilities and decision-making.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Business Operations, Data Analytics, or similar roles within a high-tech, B2C and/or SaaS environment.
• Strong understanding of subscription-based business models and core SaaS metrics
• Proven ability to conduct end-to-end analyses, from problem framing to delivering executive-ready insights.
• Expertise in BI tools (Looker preferred; Tableau or similar platforms required).
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and data modeling; experience with modern data stacks is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into clear business insights and influence stakeholders.
• Knowledge and experience with Trading/Fintech environments and applications is an advantage
• Experience leading a BI, analytics, or data team, including prioritization, stakeholder management, and quality ownership is a strong advantage.
• Experience driving process automation; exposure to AI tools and workflows is a strong advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and a consistently high bar for accuracy and quality.
• Professional-level English (written and verbal) is required.
