Job Description Of Role (What You'll Do)
- Business Requirements Management: Partner with Market Access stakeholders to understand business objectives, challenges, and opportunities.
- Prioritization: Gather, document, and prioritize business requirements for Market Access initiatives.
- Artifact Creation: Create BRDs, financial specifications, use cases, user stories, process maps, and business workflows.
- Alignment: Ensure business requirements are complete, traceable, and aligned with organizational goals.
- Market Access Process Analysis: Analyze current-state Market Access processes and identify optimization opportunities.
- Initiative Support: Support initiatives related to pricing, contracting, rebates, chargebacks, formulary management, and payer performance tracking.
- Impact Evaluation: Evaluate business impacts of process changes and technology enhancements.
- Solution Recommendation: Recommend solutions to improve operational efficiency and reporting accuracy.
- Independence: Independently manage business analysis activities for assigned Market Access initiatives.
- Quality Documentation: Deliver high-quality requirements documentation with minimal rework.
- Testing Support: Successfully support testing and business validation activities.
- Risk Closure: Drive closure of requirement-related risks, issues, and dependencies.

- Salesforce / Veeva CRM
- Power BI / Tableau
- SQL & Data Analysis Tools

- SAP, ERP Integration Concepts
- Managed Markets, Contracting, Rebates, Pricing Operations
- Market Access Domain Expertise: Strong understanding of the US Pharmaceutical Market Access ecosystem.
- Program Experience: Experience supporting Managed Care, Payer, PBM, Government Programs, and Specialty Pharmacy processes.
- Financial Calculations: Knowledge of Pricing, Contracting, Rebates, Chargebacks, and Gross-to-Net calculations.
- Program Compliance: Understanding of Commercial, Medicare, Medicaid, and 340B programs.
- Formulary Knowledge: Knowledge of formulary management and payer access dynamics.
- Sales Alignment: Familiarity with pharmaceutical sales and market access business functions.
- Business Analysis Skills: Requirement elicitation and stakeholder management.
- Process Design: Process mapping, workflow analysis, and gap assessment.
- Documentation: BRD, FRD, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria preparation.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Optimization: Business process improvement and optimization experience.
- Communication Skills: Communicate effectively with internal and customer stakeholders.
- Communication Approach: Verbal, emails, and instant messages.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain productive relationships with team members.
- Feedback Delivery: Provide constructive feedback during code reviews and be open to receiving feedback on your own code.
- Problem-Solving: Capability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
Secondary Skills (Good To Have)
- Experience with Model N applications.
