Solutions Analyst

Insight Global is seeking a Solutions Analyst – Advanced Applications for a top travel and hospitality industry client. This candidate will play a critical role in supporting and enhancing supply chain planning and sourcing applications used across global operations. They will ensure system stability, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including supply chain, procurement, IT, and analytics. This individual will help drive process improvements, optimize system configurations, and ensure seamless integration across enterprise platforms. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, systems-oriented, and experienced in supply chain technologies within a fast-paced, complex environment.

Must-Haves:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Information Systems, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3+ years supporting supply chain planning systems (Kinaxis or similar strongly preferred)
• Experience with enterprise supply chain or sourcing applications
• Strong understanding of demand planning, supply planning, and procurement processes
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting system issues and coordinating with IT teams
• Ability to work cross-functionally with supply chain, IT, and business stakeholders
• Experience supporting users, training stakeholders, and documenting processes

Plusses:

• Direct experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse
• Experience working in large, complex enterprise environments
• Exposure to integrated business systems (ERP, financial systems, analytics platforms)
• Background supporting global or multi-location operations
• Familiarity with data validation and system integrations

Day-to-Day:

• Support supply chain planning systems (demand & supply tools) and ensure functionality aligns with business needs
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot application issues
• Coordinate with IT teams and vendors to resolve defects and data issues
• Partner with supply chain and sourcing teams to enhance system capabilities and processes
• Provide user support, training, and documentation for system adoption
• Ensure data flow and integration across planning, sourcing, and enterprise systems
• Identify opportunities to improve planning efficiency and system accuracy
