A fast-growing, space technology company is looking for a Technical Program Manager to help drive the execution of next-generation aerospace and defense programs.
This is an opportunity to work at the intersection of advanced engineering, hardware development, manufacturing, and mission-critical space systems within a highly ambitious startup environment.
You鈥檒l work closely with leadership and multidisciplinary engineering teams to keep complex technical programs moving from concept through integration, testing, and production readiness.
What You鈥檒l Be Doing
- Managing schedules, milestones, risks, dependencies, and action tracking
- Partnering with engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to drive delivery
- Supporting design reviews, test readiness activities, and integration planning
- Maintaining visibility across hardware/software development activities
- Helping translate technical priorities into executable project plans
- Supporting customer deliverables, reporting, and program communications
What They鈥檙e Looking For
- 5+ years of Technical Program Management / Project Management experience
- Background supporting aerospace, defense, hardware, or advanced engineering programs
- Strong understanding of engineering development lifecycles and cross-functional execution
- Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams across mechanical, electrical, software, and manufacturing functions
- Comfortable operating in a high-ownership startup environment
Nice To Have
- Experience supporting prototype or flight hardware programs
- Familiarity with integration, testing, and configuration management processes
- Exposure to defense-funded or customer-funded technical programs
