Global Process Lead (GPL) / Business Area Expert (BAE) – Capability Projects S4Energy (f/m/d)

Responsibilities

As a Global Process Lead (GPL) / Business Area Expert (BAE) for Capability Projects, you will shape and govern the future of project execution processes across Siemens Energy’s Gas Services business. Acting as the key business authority for project-related capabilities, you will work at the intersection of business transformation, process governance, and digitalization initiatives such as S4E Unify and PLM360.

You will collaborate with global stakeholders across Business Areas, rollout teams, and transformation programs to define standardized, scalable, and efficient business processes. Your expertise will help drive global process harmonization, ensure governance compliance, and support the successful deployment of enterprise-wide transformation initiatives

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, Industrial Management, or a related field.

Extensive experience in business process management, governance, business transformation, or operational excellence initiatives.

Deep understanding of the Solution Business within the power generation industry, including large-scale project execution environments.

Strong knowledge of gas turbines, steam turbines, generators, combined cycle power plants (CCPP), auxiliary systems, electrical systems,

automation solutions, and plant lifecycle management.

Comprehensive understanding of end-to-end project execution processes, including engineering, procurement, manufacturing, construction,

installation, commissioning, service, and modernization.

Experience working with SAP S/4HANA and participation in large-scale enterprise transformation or digitalization programs.

Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder environments and drive alignment across global organizations.

Strong leadership, governance, communication, and influencing skills without direct authority.

Analytical mindset with the ability to translate business requirements into sustainable process solutions.

Fluent English communication skills; additional languages are considered an advantage.
