Tasks
- Identify & Shape Opportunities: Analyze processes to uncover automation and AI potential, including workflows and agent-based solutions.
- Prioritization & Governance: Evaluate ideas by business value, feasibility, and risk, aligned with BPA standards.
- Process Consulting & Design: Perform As-Is/To-Be analyses, run workshops, and translate requirements into scalable solutions.
- End-to-End Delivery: Act as the link between business and delivery, guiding initiatives from ideation to value realization.
- Value & Adoption: Ensure expected outcomes, validate against business value, and drive adoption of AI and automation solutions.
- Stakeholder & Continuous Improvement: Manage stakeholders, ensure governance and quality, and continuously optimize processes and solutions.
- Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a comparable qualification
- Proven experience in business process analysis, consulting, and automation initiatives
- Strong expertise in process optimization, automation concepts, and value-driven delivery
- Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders in complex environments
- Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform, low-code environments, and automation governance frameworks is desirable
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills and fluency in English required (German is a plus)
