Join our Fabasoft Xpublisher team in Munich!
Your Mission
- You gather business requirements and analyze processes together with clients, developing solution concepts in workshops to support successful implementation.
- You support our clients in configuring and implementing their requirements and provide training on the Fabasoft Xpublisher solution.
- You are able to implement more complex customer requirements directly within the product using low-code development.
- You collect feedback from your customer workshops and use it to improve both the product and the training materials.
- You have completed an IT-related qualification and have relevant professional experience in software development, IT consulting, or a similar technical environment.
- You combine strong technical expertise with a customer-focused mindset and enjoy working directly with clients as well as delivering presentations, training sessions, and workshops.
- You have a basic understanding of Adobe InDesign and solid JavaScript skills. Ideally, you also have initial experience with InDesign scripting and are eager to further develop your expertise independently in your day-to-day work.
- You are passionate about the digitalization of business processes as well as editorial and publishing systems for both digital and print media.
- You stand out through your independent way of working, strong teamwork and communication skills, and your ability to quickly adapt to new environments.
- You have excellent German language skills and a good command of English.
