An exciting opportunity for a Business Systems Analyst to join a growing IT Applications team supporting enterprise systems, ERP implementation, reporting, and business process improvement across a multi-site operation.

THE COMPANY

A well-established organization investing heavily in its technology landscape, including the ongoing rollout of Microsoft Dynamics 365, AI-driven process automation, and modern reporting solutions. You'll join a collaborative applications team working closely with business stakeholders to improve systems, data, and operational efficiency.

THE ROLE

Take ownership of business applications and help drive digital transformation across the business:

• Support and administer Microsoft Dynamics 365, Acumatica, and other core business applications
• Play a key role in the ongoing Dynamics 365 rollout and future system enhancements
• Troubleshoot application and data issues, performing root cause analysis using SQL
• Build and maintain reports using Power BI while supporting ad hoc business reporting requests
• Gather business requirements and identify opportunities to improve processes through automation and AI
• Create and maintain SOPs, user guides, and system documentation
• Partner with external vendors on integrations, upgrades, and application support
• Deliver system implementations, upgrades, and migrations across multiple business units
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, multi-site environment

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Experience supporting business applications or enterprise systems
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar ERP/CRM experience
• Strong SQL skills, including troubleshooting and data analysis
• Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools
• Knowledge of business process improvement and requirements gathering
• Comfortable managing vendors and working with business stakeholders
• Experience delivering application implementations, upgrades, or migrations
• Acumatica experience is a plus
• Snowflake experience is desirable
• Exposure to Agile, DevOps, or Waterfall delivery methodologies is beneficial
