Business Analyst – Digital Transformation (Hospitality) – 1 year contract

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support the enhancement and delivery of digital solutions within a leading hospitality organisation.

You will work closely with business stakeholders, project managers and technology teams to gather requirements, improve business processes and support the successful implementation of technology initiatives, with a primary focus on F&B digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and document business and functional requirements.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops and process mapping sessions.
• Produce Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Specifications and user stories.
• Collaborate with project managers, developers and vendors throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support system testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and defect management.
• Analyse enhancement requests and recommend practical business solutions.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure traceability of requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business or a related discipline.
• At least 4 years of Business Analysis experience.
• Strong experience producing BRDs, functional specifications and process documentation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience working within Agile and/or Waterfall environments.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in the following will have an advantage:

• Hospitality, F&B or retail industries
• Digital ordering, POS, kiosk or QR ordering platforms
• Customer-facing digital applications
• Business process improvement and digital transformation initiatives
