Business Analyst

Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive Business Analyst to support system implementation and process improvement initiatives across enterprise environments. This role will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate requirements into functional solutions and ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements & Analysis

• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders
• Translate requirements into functional specifications and BRDs
• Identify process improvement opportunities

Stakeholder & Project Coordination

• Work with business users, project managers, and technical teams
• Facilitate discussions, workshops, and requirement sessions
• Track deliverables and support project timelines

System & Process Implementation

• Support system enhancements and implementation projects
• Ensure alignment between business needs and system capabilities
• Assist in solution design and validation

Testing & Delivery

• Prepare and execute UAT test scripts
• Coordinate UAT with stakeholders and ensure issue resolution
• Support go-live and post-implementation activities

Data & Reporting (Optional but Valuable)

• Support data analysis and reporting
• Work with dashboards or reporting tools where required

Requirements

• Degree in IT, Business, or related field
• 2–5 years of Business Analyst experience
• Strong in:
• Requirement gathering
• Stakeholder management
• UAT coordination
• Experience working in project environments
• Ability to bridge business and technical teams

Good to Have

• Exposure to tools such as PowerBI, SQL, or reporting tools
• Experience in system implementation / enhancement projects
• Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall methodologies
