Artificial Intelligence Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Process mapping and discovery — work hands-on with multi-functional departments and divisions across the group companies to document as-is processes, identify pain points, and pinpoint processes suitable for AI-enablement and automation.
• Opportunity assessment — qualify and prioritise identified processes based on business impact, feasibility, and effort; build the business case for each opportunity with clear baseline metrics and expected outcomes.
• Solution design — translate business requirements into structured solution designs; work with the developer to design workflows, automations, and agentic AI models, iterating from concept to final solution.
• Stakeholder engagement — run workshops and working sessions with department heads and workstream champions; manage expectations, secure buy-in, and keep business owners engaged through delivery.
• To-be process design — define the future-state process around each AI solution, including handoffs, controls, and exception handling, so solutions land cleanly in day-to-day operations.
• Adoption and measurement — support testing, training, and rollout; track post-go-live adoption and benefits against the business case and report progress to programme leadership.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• MBA degree (required) from a recognised institution.
• 2–3 years of experience in a consulting background (required) — management consulting, business/technology advisory, or an in-house transformation office.
• Demonstrable exposure to AI transformation and AI consulting — advising on, assessing, or delivering AI/automation initiatives for business functions.
• Strong process mapping and analysis skills (e.g., BPMN, value stream mapping, SIPOC) and structured problem-solving.
• Working understanding of AI concepts — LLMs, automation, and agentic AI — sufficient to shape solution designs with a technical counterpart.
• Excellent communication, workshop facilitation, and executive-level presentation skills.
