• Support customer account management, business consultation, contract validation and execution, order processing, invoice creation, usage metering, and product provisioning
• Perform complex validations of revenue transactions across Enterprise, Channel, and eCommerce sales motions
• Ensure transactions align with product rules, revenue recognition standards, and compliance requirements
• Execute work in compliance with SOX controls, including control documentation, narratives, process documentation, and audit support
• Serve as a subject matter expert on customer contracting, order management, and provisioning processes
• Monitor automated transaction workflows and system reporting to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve operational issues
• Provide escalation support to Sales, Finance, Legal, Product Management, Customer Service, and external customers
• Drive operational improvements through automation initiatives, business requirements gathering, testing, and change management
• Support new product launches and go-to-market initiatives by testing, documenting, and operationalizing process changes
• Assist with acquired company integrations, including systems onboarding and customer, product, financial, and user data migrations
• Create and maintain reports supporting reconciliations, capacity planning, operational performance, and ad hoc business requests
• Develop and maintain process documentation, policies, procedures, FAQs, and onboarding materials

• 2 to 5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Order Management, Contract Operations, Finance Operations, or a related field
• Experience supporting quote-to-cash, order-to-cash, contract operations, or revenue operations processes
• Strong understanding of revenue transactions, contract validation, and operational compliance
• Experience working within SOX-controlled environments
• Ability to interpret legal agreements, contract terms, and business requirements
• Knowledge of accounts receivable, revenue recognition, and finance operations
• Experience using CRM, ERP, and Microsoft Office tools
• Strong analytical, documentation, troubleshooting, and process improvement skills
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Pay Rate: $35.92 per hour
