Job Responsibilities:

1. Develop a deep understanding of the business and establish an effective analytical framework; provide professional financial insights and solutions to business stakeholders.
2. Actively participate in annual budgeting and monthly business target-setting; track progress at high frequency, flag risks in a timely manner, and provide regular updates on key business initiatives and projects.
3. Build strong collaborative relationships with business units; exercise sound judgment on business strategies and deliver well-grounded financial recommendations.
4. Establish a business operational risk management mechanism; identify contract, operational, and compliance risks, and develop corresponding mitigation plans.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Finance or a related field; 7+ years of finance experience; prior experience in retail industry analysis or FP&A is preferred.
2. Strong data sensitivity and curiosity; solid analytical and problem-solving skills; logical and rigorous thinking; excellent communication and coordination abilities.
3. Diligent and grounded, with a strong work ethic, self-motivation, and a collaborative team spirit.
4. Strong interpersonal, coordination, and collaboration skills.
5. Aligned with company culture; embraces change with an optimistic and confident attitude.
6. Fluent in English to support day-to-day work.
7. Proactive interest in applying AI technologies to finance and business analysis; able to leverage AI tools to innovate analytical approaches and drive the digital transformation of finance support functions.
