Optomi, in partnership with a leading energy organization, is looking for a Technology Product Strategist / Product Analyst to join their team.

Position Summary:

The Senior Technology Product Strategist serves as the bridge between business strategy and technology execution. This role partners with business leaders, product teams, engineers, solution architects, UX professionals, and AI specialists to identify opportunities, shape innovative solutions, develop roadmaps, and guide initiatives from concept through implementation. The ideal candidate will bring a strong product mindset, experience facilitating discovery sessions, and the ability to translate business objectives into technology solutions that deliver measurable business value.

What type of experience does the right candidate have:

• 7+ years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, Technology Strategy, Digital Transformation, or related disciplines.
• Experience developing technology roadmaps, business cases, and strategic plans while prioritizing initiatives based on business value.
• Strong background facilitating discovery workshops, stakeholder discussions, and strategic planning sessions.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, Product Management, Product Ownership, Design Thinking, and translating business needs into capabilities, requirements, and user stories.
• Experience partnering with Solution Architects, Engineers, Product Teams, UX teams, and AI specialists; experience with AI, automation, analytics, or regulated industries is preferred.

• Facilitate discovery sessions, solution-design workshops, and strategic discussions to align stakeholders around priorities and outcomes.
• Develop and maintain product strategies, technology roadmaps, business cases, and investment recommendations.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, product teams, UX professionals, and AI specialists to evaluate solutions and guide initiatives through implementation.
• Support delivery, adoption, and value realization by defining success measures and ensuring alignment between business and technology teams.
