Position: Capital Markets Business Analyst
Type (Contract, C2H): 12+ months
Location: Charlotte, NC, 28255
Pay Range: $67 - $70

DAY TO DAY:

• 
  This Tech BA will be on the Treasury technology team. The Treasury Platform is used by internal investment banking employees for trading, investing, and asset management products and services.
  


• 
  They are adding a lot of products to this platform and have a lot of work coming down the pipeline in addition to sunsetting a legacy application.
  


• 
  They need a strong BA to meet with stakeholders - in this case, the front office traders - gather requirements, and write user stories with Jira.
  


• 
  They should have a strong technical understanding of the SDLC and be able to the technical language of the developers, as well as the business jargon of the front office traders.
  

MUST HAVES

• 
  7+ years of IT experience
  


• 
  Ideally, 5+ years of Tech Business Analyst experience
  


• 
  Gather requirements, write user stories, and UAT testing
  


• 
  Strong Capital Markets experience
  


• 
  Hedging, Bonds, derivatives, foreign exchange (FX) preferred
  

PLUSSES

• 
  Either a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) certification or a Financial Risk Manager (FRM) Certification
  


• 
  Python or Oracle for data analysis or modeling
  


• 
  Quartz or Trading application experience
