Your main purpose
Partner with department heads (e.g. Sales, Marketing, IT, ESG) to provide financial insights, support decision-making, and contribute to strategic planning and long-term financial modelling.
Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and planning processes across business units.
Prepare and present monthly management reports, including variance analysis and KPIs, working closely with FP&A and Accounting teams to ensure the accuracy and consistency of financial data.
Monitor financial performance against targets, identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and support corrective actions to drive performance improvement.
Develop business cases for new initiatives, projects, or investments while ensuring financial governance, compliance, and internal controls are adhered to.
Continuously improve reporting processes, tools, and systems.
What will you bring?
University degree in Finance or Economics backed by an MSc in Finance, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in Finance, Business, or a Big 4 Consulting Firm.
Proficiency in the MS Office suite and advanced Excel skills; Power BI knowledge and Entersoft or other ERP experience will be considered an asset.
Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with fluency in both written and spoken English and Greek.
Team spirit and the ability to coordinate several activities across the Group.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
