Strategic Planning Manager

Are you someone who loves digging into data, identifying trends, and helping shape business strategy? We're partnering with a growing manufacturing organization seeking a Strategic Planning Manager to work closely with executive leadership on high-impact initiatives that drive business performance.

This isn't a traditional planning role. You'll analyze complex business and operational data, uncover opportunities, evaluate risks, and provide leadership with actionable recommendations that influence key business decisions.

What You'll Do

• Analyze business performance, operational trends, and financial data to support strategic decision-making.
• Develop forecasts, business plans, and scenario models to identify risks and opportunities.
• Build and track KPIs, operational metrics, and profitability analyses to improve overall business performance.
• Partner cross-functionally with operations, supply chain, finance, and executive leadership on strategic initiatives.
• Lead special projects ranging from operational improvements to supply chain investigations and sourcing analysis.
• Prepare executive-level presentations and business cases that support organizational planning and growth.

What We're Looking For

• MBA strongly preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, operations, finance, strategy, materials, or business analytics.
• Advanced Excel skills, including PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data modeling, and macros.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with the ability to turn data into meaningful business insights.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, lean environment while balancing tactical execution with strategic thinking.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings to executive leadership.
