What You Will Be Doing

As a Senior IT Business Analyst within our IT team, you will be responsible for driving clarity and alignment across strategic initiatives in enterprise fleet management. You will partner closely with business stakeholders and IT delivery teams to gather, interpret, and document detailed requirements, ensuring successful project outcomes. You will work across the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), supporting discovery, analysis, design, testing, and post-implementation activities. Your role involves translating complex business processes into clear documentation, facilitating communication among cross-functional teams, and supporting the delivery of scalable solutions. This full-time position offers the opportunity to influence high-impact projects in a fast-paced environment by applying your analytical and technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, analyze, and validate detailed business and technical requirements for enterprise mobility projects.
• Collaborate with business and IT teams to ensure requirements are accurately captured and implemented.
• Translate complex business processes into clear documentation such as process flows, system designs, and data interactions.
• Support testing efforts by creating test cases, facilitating functional and integration testing, and documenting results.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders, ensuring shared understanding and alignment on project objectives.
• Lead requirements gathering sessions, daily standups, and status reporting sessions effectively.
• Identify root causes of issues, conduct initial investigations, and contribute to resolution strategies.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for system interactions, data flows, and solution designs.
• Assist with project planning, deadline adherence, and multitasking across several workstreams.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3 or more years of relevant experience as a Senior Business Analyst, Software Analyst, or similar role.
• Proven ability to lead requirements gathering and documentation processes independently.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and root cause analysis skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Scrum, and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Experience working in fast-paced, evolving environments with multiple workstreams.
• Ability to work independently, demonstrating ownership and accountability.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Bachelor's degree (preferred).

Desired Skills & Experience

• Experience in large-scale enterprise applications and processes.
• Knowledge of APIs, integrations, and distributed systems.
• Hands-on experience with Agile or hybrid project delivery frameworks.

Pay: $37.80 – $54.00 /hr
