Job Title: Business Process Designer

Location: St. Louis, Missouri (Locals only accepted)

Duration: 12+ months

POSITION OVERVIEW

  • The Business Process Designer will join the Technology Services team to optimize and streamline intercompany business processes and system integration workflows. This role is responsible for mapping current-state process architectures, identifying operational bottlenecks, and designing scalable end-to-end process models across global entities. The ideal candidate will bridge business requirements and technology implementations to drive efficiency and standard compliance.


DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead cross-functional workshops to gather detailed business requirements and map end-to-end intercompany process workflows.
  • Design, model, and document future-state business processes to support system integration initiatives.
  • Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and risks, proposing standardized, automated solution frameworks.
  • Collaborate with technical architects and development teams to ensure technical deliverables align with business process designs.
  • Define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to evaluate post-implementation process efficacy.
  • Develop user training materials, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and change management documentation.

  • Business Process Architecture & Modeling (BPMN / ARIS) – 5+ years
  • Intercompany Financial/Operational Workflows & Systems Integration – 5+ years
  • Enterprise Software Implementation & Requirements Analysis – 5+ years


ADDITIONAL DESIRED SKILLS

  • ERP System Integration Experience (SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics)
  • Agile / Scrum Methodologies
  • Corporate Tax or Global Intercompany Accounting Domain Knowledge
