You’ll own the team backlog, manage intake and prioritization, and ensure that tactical work aligns with broader domain and organizational strategy. This is a highly collaborative role that requires strong communication, analytical thinking, and a passion for continuous improvement.
What You’ll Do:
- Serve as the subject matter expert and emerging leader within your product space, with hands-on exposure to Agile methodologies.
- Ensure team-level planning and road mapping align with domain strategy and organizational goals.
- Partner with Product Managers and Senior Product Owners to document business and functional requirements for new features, enhancements, and release notes.
- Participate in all Agile ceremonies, ensuring high-quality story creation, backlog maintenance, and prioritization.
- Support cross-functional project planning, track progress, and maintain clear communication across all participants.
- Maintain a continuous feedback loop with customers, agents, users, and stakeholders throughout product launch and lifecycle.
- Act as the daily point of contact for both the development team and business stakeholders.
- Facilitate testing, documentation, and training sessions for ITSC and other supporting teams ahead of major releases.
- Manage all intake and triage activities across multiple systems
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 1+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst
- Ability to translate API capabilities into user stories, acceptance criteria, and clear functional requirements.
- Basic understanding of backend systems (microservices, service layers, databases) to communicate effectively with engineering.
- 3 years of experience working in an Agile product development environment
- High collaboration with the ability to manage expectations across business and technical stakeholders
