Core Job Description
- Analyzes data and generates useful business reports.
- Works with Total Rewards management team to create a prioritized list of needs for each function.
- Identifies and recommends new ways to streamline business processes based on data.
- Uses data to create models that depict trends in requests.
- Works with departmental managers to outline the specific data needs for each business method analysis
- Performs simple business analysis using various techniques, e.g., statistical analysis, explanatory and
- Assists in determining and providing insight on best practices and actionable insights for the current business
- Handle special analytical projects as needed.
- Researches, analyzes, and recommends improvements to Total Rewards business processes in order to
- Studies operational and performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Completes standard and ad hoc reporting requests.
- Builds and runs queries for routine reports.
- Works cross functionally with operations and supporting teams to provide a resource for verifying key data
- Document, stage, process, and review testing scenarios for payroll impacted configuration changes.
- Adheres to University and unit-level policies and procedures and safeguards the University’s assets.

Core Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in relevant field required
Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience required
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Learning Agility: Ability to learn new procedures, technologies, and protocols, and adapt to changing priorities
- Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with others and contribute to a team environment.
- Technical Proficiency: Skilled in using office software, technology, and relevant computer applications.
- Communication: Strong and clear written and verbal communication skills for interacting with colleagues and
