About the Role:

Hennessey is implementing Oracle NetSuite to establish an integrated enterprise platform that will support the company's continued growth. This position will lead and coordinate the ERP implementation while becoming the long-term owner and administrator of the ERP environment after go-live.


The Sr. ERP System Analyst will partner with leaders across IT, Finance, Operations/Manufacturing, Purchasing, Supply Chain, Sales, Customer Service, Human Resources and other business functions to understand business requirements, improve processes, and ensure Oracle NetSuite supports the business effectively. Following implementation, this role will drive system administration, continuous improvement, user adoption, reporting, enhancements, and future upgrades.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary internal owner and technical lead for the Oracle NetSuite implementation, from discovery through go-live and stabilization.
  • Partner with implementation consultants, vendors, and cross-functional leaders to manage project scope, timelines, risks, priorities, and communication.
  • Lead business process discovery and requirements gathering across Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Procurement, Inventory, Production, Sales, HR and other functions.
  • Translate business and manufacturing needs into practical ERP workflows, system configurations, and process improvements.
  • Support the design and configuration of NetSuite functionality across manufacturing, inventory, procurement, finance, order management, reporting, and related processes.
  • Coordinate data migration, including mapping, cleansing, validation, reconciliation, and legacy-system cutover.
  • Establish and maintain master data standards and governance for items, suppliers, customers, bills of material, routings, costing, units of measure, and locations.
  • Lead system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), issue resolution, training, documentation, and go-live readiness.
  • Create and maintain SOPs, process documentation, and user support documentation.
  • Manage ERP integrations with other systems, applications, APIs, warehouse, shipping, and reporting tools.
  • Serve as the long-term administrator and business owner of NetSuite, including configuration, security, access, workflows, dashboards, reporting, and controls.
  • Provide ongoing user support and coordinate future upgrades, enhancements, releases, and system changes.
  • Manage and coordinate external vendors, implementation partners, and interdepartmental stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain reporting, dashboards, KPIs, and manufacturing performance transparency within ERP suite.
  • Coordinate with HR and relevant stakeholders on change management activities, communication, and other user readiness assessments.


Preferred Background & Required Skills:

  • 2 - 4 years of hands-on Oracle NetSuite experience, including participation in at least one full-cycle implementation.
  • Experience serving as an internal system owner or administrator following implementation is strongly preferred.
  • Equivalent ERP implementation experience with another modern ERP platform may also be considered.
  • Proven success leading full-cycle ERP implementations is required
  • Ability to effectively communicate with leadership, function leads, and end-users
  • Manufacturing ERP experience in BOMs, routing, work orders, MRP, production planning, procurement, inventory control and quality is preferred
  • Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
  • Strong project management skills
  • Experience with cost accounting and inventory valuation
