Business Systems Analyst (W2 Contract only/ No 3rd Parties)

Role: Business Systems Analyst

Location: Burbank, CA (Hybrid)

Duration: 1-year (Possibility for Extension)

Pay rate: $75/hr on W2

Job Responsibilities

• Works with key stakeholders within all business functions to align technology solutions with business strategies.
• Gathers requirements from business units and translate those to programmers and developers.
• Prepares cost-benefit and return-on-investment analyses to aid in decisions on system implementation.
• Demonstrates an informed knowledge of business functions to resolve problems and capitalize on improvement opportunities.
• Supports one or more highly complex business processes.
• Works on multiple projects as a project team member.
• Serves as a liaison between the business community and the IT organization in order to provide technical solutions to meet user needs.

Must Have Skills / Requirements

1. Strong experience requirements, elicitation and documentation
2. 8+ years.
3. Experience having ownership of User Stories.
4. 10+ years; Previous Business Analyst Experience.
5. Ability to translate those functional requirements to technical teams
6. 10+ years

Nice to Have Skills / Preferred Requirements

1. Licensing Management Platform experience.

Technology Requirements:

1. Basic knowledge of programming languages in order to comprehend reading code and basic functions.

Education / Certifications

1. Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required. MBA or other related advanced degree preferred.
