OneNetwork expert

Our client is looking for a BY Network (formerly One Network) Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support the deployment of its first customer within a growing 4PL (Fourth-Party Logistics) organization. This is a key role focused on ensuring the successful implementation and adoption of the BY Network platform by providing deep functional expertise throughout the project lifecycle.

The ideal candidate is a recognized expert on the BY Network platform, with hands-on implementation experience and a strong understanding of how the solution is configured, integrated, and deployed in real-world supply chain environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary BY Network / One Network Subject Matter Expert for customer implementations.
• Provide functional expertise on the platform, its capabilities, and best practices.
• Support the end-to-end implementation lifecycle, from solution design through go-live.
• Advise project teams and customers on platform configuration and implementation approaches.
• Lead or participate in solution workshops to gather business requirements and translate them into BY Network capabilities.
• Validate business processes, workflows, and system configurations to ensure alignment with customer needs.
• Collaborate with technical teams on integrations with ERP, WMS, TMS, and other enterprise systems.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), issue resolution, and production readiness activities.
• Act as a trusted advisor for internal teams and customers regarding BY Network functionality and supply chain best practices.
• Assist with knowledge transfer, documentation, and post-go-live support.

Required Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience implementing or supporting BY Network (formerly One Network).
• Strong end-to-end understanding of the BY Network platform.
• Deep knowledge of:
• Platform functionality
• Supply chain workflows
• System integrations
• Implementation methodologies and best practices
• Experience working on supply chain transformation or logistics technology projects.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and consulting skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting 4PL, logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations.
• Experience integrating BY Network with ERP, WMS, TMS, or other enterprise applications.
• Technical knowledge of APIs, data integrations, or platform configuration is a plus but not required.
• Experience participating in customer go-live activities.

Ideal Candidate Profile

We are primarily looking for a functional and product expert with deep knowledge of the BY Network platform. The successful candidate understands not only how the application works but also how it is successfully implemented in customer environments.

While technical expertise is appreciated, the priority is someone who can provide strong product knowledge, implementation guidance, and supply chain domain expertise.
