Role: Business Analyst – Pricing Systems (Capital Markets)

Location: Irvine, CA

Job Summary

We are looking for a Business Analyst with experience in Pricing Systems and Capital Markets. The ideal candidate will gather business requirements, support pricing and valuation platforms, and work closely with business and technology teams to deliver scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Work with traders, business users, and development teams.
• Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process flows.
• Support pricing system enhancements and valuation workflows.
• Perform data analysis, gap analysis, and UAT testing.
• Collaborate in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Ensure data accuracy and provide production support.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of Business Analyst experience.
• Strong Capital Markets domain knowledge.
• Experience with pricing/valuation systems.
• Knowledge of Fixed Income, Equities, or Derivatives.
• Strong SQL and data analysis skills.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
