We are looking for a Business Analyst Chapter Lead to join our tribe in Copenhagen/Aarhus. In this role, you will combine people leadership with hands-on business analysis, helping us develop strong Business Analyst capabilities while supporting the delivery of secure and customer-focused solutions.
About Digital Core
Digital Core is responsible for key technology capabilities that support secure, reliable and compliant banking services across Danske Bank. We enable secure access and core solutions, balancing user experience, risk, compliance and operational stability.
You will be part of a collaborative setup where Business Analysts, engineers, architects, Product Owners and stakeholders work closely together to shape solutions and deliver meaningful outcomes.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and develop a chapter of Business Analysts, creating an inclusive environment where people can grow, contribute and be themselves.
- Drive business analysis in Digital Core area by translating business, customer, technical and regulatory needs into clear requirements and priorities.
- Work closely with Product Owners, engineers, architects and business stakeholders to shape, refine and deliver solutions.
- Create clarity and alignment across stakeholders, ensuring different perspectives are heard and used to strengthen decisions.
- Contribute to continuous improvement in ways of working, business analysis standards and delivery practices across Digital Core.
- Experience with business analysis in a complex technology or financial services environment.
- Experience leading, coaching or developing colleagues, either formally or informally.
- Ability to translate business needs, technical considerations and regulatory requirements into practical solutions.
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills across business and technology.
- A structured and proactive approach, with the ability to create progress in an environment with many dependencies.
- A leadership approach that values inclusion, psychological safety and the development of diverse talent.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
