Bring your organizational and financial expertise to a role where you will help drive efficient business operations and support power generation facilities across the region. As an Analyst, Business Support you will partner with Regional Managers, Plant Managers, and Operations Coordinators to support financial administration, vendor management, project coordination, and day-to-day business activities that contribute to safe, reliable, and efficient operations.

What You Will Do
Provide administrative and financial support for operations, including invoice processing, work orders, purchase orders, and payment requests.
Support accounts payable activities by coding, reviewing, and processing invoices while ensuring accuracy and compliance with established procedures.
Coordinate vendor setup activities, assist with contractor management systems, and support the resolution of vendor-related issues.
Administer project and expenditure tracking processes, helping maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
Support landowner payment distribution and manage filing and records administration activities.
Assist with annual budgeting activities, including budget preparation, project creation, account verification, and financial reporting support.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business priorities while delivering exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities
Who You Are:
University degree, technical diploma, or an equivalent combination of education, certification, and related experience; a minimum of five years of related experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
Demonstrated ability to work independently with strong attention to detail and sound judgment.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong interpersonal and customer service abilities.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team while supporting operational and business objectives.
Self-motivated with a commitment to continuous learning and operational excellence.
Preferred
Experience working with ERP systems such as Oracle, Maximo, or SAP.
Experience interacting with communities, landowners, or public stakeholders.
Familiarity with renewable energy generation technologies and power operations.
Working Conditions
Primarily office-based environment supporting power generation operations.
Requires frequent sitting, computer work, data entry, and reviewing detailed documentation and financial records.
Occasional standing, reaching, kneeling, and lifting of materials up to 45 pounds may be required.
Must be able to prioritize competing responsibilities, analyze information, and make decisions with moderate impact on business operations.
Regular interaction with internal stakeholders, vendors, contractors, and business partners in support of operational and financial activities.
The successful candidate will undergo various background screening that includes but is not limited to a 5-year driving record, criminal check, a company sponsored medical and drug testing.
Physical Requirements Include But Are Not Limited To
Grasping, kneeling, light – moderate lifting (objects up to 20 pounds), reaching above shoulder, repetitive motion, typing, sitting, standing, visual requirement (able to see screens, detect color coding, read fine print), hearing requirement and the ability to sit at a computer for long periods of time.
