Business Process Automation Analyst

Job Purpose

We are looking for a Business Process Automation Analyst to identify, analyse, and transform business processes through automation and AI-driven solutions.

This role combines a strong business and analytical mindset with technical understanding. You will work with stakeholders to understand business processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and help design solutions that automate manual activities and improve efficiency.

This is not a traditional Software Engineering role. We are looking for someone who understands how businesses operate and can apply AI, automation, data, and software engineering fundamentals to solve real-world business problems.

Responsibilities

• Analyse business processes and identify opportunities for automation and AI.
• Translate business needs into clear automation use cases and solution requirements.
• Work with data and business information, including documents, PDFs, financial information, and vendor data.
• Apply AI and intelligent automation to extract, analyse, and process information.
• Help design and implement automated workflows and business process solutions.
• Collaborate with Business Stakeholders, Solution Architects, and technical teams.
• Test, monitor, and continuously improve automated solutions.

• Experience in Business Process Automation, Business Analysis, Process Improvement, Data Analysis, or a related area.
• Strong business mindset, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of AI and automation technologies and their application to business processes.
• Some programming or scripting knowledge and an understanding of OOP, SOLID principles, Design Patterns, and Algorithms.
• Familiarity with APIs, system integrations, and enterprise applications is beneficial.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools, RPA, or Business Process Automation platforms is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work across business and technology teams.

• Use AI and automation to reduce manual work and improve efficiency.
• Effectively bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions.

Hybrid work (2-3 days at the office per week).
