Job Description:

Experienced Telecom Business Analyst / Data Consultant with strong expertise in business workshops, requirements gathering, and data modeling.

Mandatory skills*

• Conduct business workshops and stakeholder discussions to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements.

• Creation of E2E data maps for lineage

• Strong understanding of telecom business processes and operations.

• Experience across OSS/BSS ecosystems, like Netcracker, Amdocs.

• Data Modeling - Conceptual Data Modeling, Logical Data Modeling, Physical Data Modeling, Data mapping and lineage

• Experience with ER diagrams and data architecture frameworks.

• Usage of Data Modeling tools like Erwin

• Must have experience in new data warehouse or data lake platform

• Experience in Cloud platforms, ETL tools, strong SQL knowledge

• Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications, collaborating with business users, architects, and development teams.

• Design and validate conceptual, logical, and physical data models

• Facilitate requirement walkthroughs, solution reviews, and UAT support.

Desired skills*

• Understanding of AI use cases in telecom and business transformation.

• Ability to leverage AI tools for requirement analysis, documentation, automation, and productivity improvements.

• Creation of User stories and functional specifications
