Our finance organization is focused on transforming how we operate—leveraging automation, data, and digital tools to drive efficiency, accuracy, and scalability across global processes. This role will play a key part in advancing that transformation by leading projects that modernize financial operations and enable data-driven decision-making.
What You’ll Work On
Responsibilities :
- Execute global finance automation and process improvement projects.
- Partner with finance, accounting, IT, and cross-functional stakeholders to identify opportunities for automation, standardization, and efficiency gains across global processes.
- Drive adoption/introduction of Power Platform tools (Power BI, Power Query, Power Automate, and Power Apps) to the Nutrition finance organization.
- Leverage SQL and data querying capabilities to support data validation, reporting, and automation initiatives.
- Accountable for training, user adoption, and ongoing support activities associated with enterprise system integration and business transformation initiative.
- Support data infrastructure initiatives, including working with modern platforms such as Databricks to enable scalable and efficient data processing.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and operational excellence within the finance organization.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably within finance, transformation, or technology-driven environments
- Transformative and vision-driven mindset, willing to challenge the status-quo.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Significant experience with Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power BI, Power Query, Power Automate, Power Apps)
- Experience with SQL for data extraction, transformation, and validation
- Ability to engage stakeholders across multiple levels and geographies
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Databricks or similar cloud-based data platforms.
- Familiarity with finance processes (FP&A, accounting, reporting, or forecast processes)

The base pay for this position is $78,000.00 – $156,000.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
