Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements related to data analytics and reporting.
- Define and maintain source-to-target data mappings to ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems.
- Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business decision-making.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using business intelligence tools to visualize data and communicate findings.
- Work closely with data engineering teams to ensure data quality and integrity throughout the data lifecycle.
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate data solutions and ensure they meet business requirements.
- Provide training and support to end-users on data analytics tools and reporting processes.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analytics and wealth management.
Mandatory Skills:
- Proven experience in data analytics and business intelligence.
- Strong understanding of data mapping concepts and methodologies.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in the Wealth Management domain.
- Familiarity with data governance and data quality frameworks.
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis.
- Experience with ETL processes and tools.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, business analysis, or a related role.
- Relevant certifications in data analytics or business intelligence (e.g., CBIP, CAP) are a plus.
