Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements related to ServiceNow platform implementations and enhancements.
- Process Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of existing business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization using ServiceNow capabilities.
- Solution Design: Work closely with technical teams to translate business requirements into functional specifications and design ServiceNow solutions that align with business objectives.
- Configuration and Customization: Configure ServiceNow applications, forms, workflows, and integrations to meet business needs, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.
- Data Analysis: Analyze and validate data requirements for ServiceNow implementations, including data migration, transformation, and integration with external systems.
- Training and Documentation: Provide training and support to end-users on ServiceNow functionality, workflows, and best practices. Create and maintain technical documentation, including user guides, training materials, and process documentation.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on ServiceNow platform updates, new features, and best practices. Identify opportunities for process improvements and optimization to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of ServiceNow solutions.
- 3-5 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on ServiceNow platform.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules for SPM & ITSM. Any other module is a plus such as: ITOM, CSM, MCO, WSD, & HRSD.
- Experience with ServiceNow implementation methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Familiarity with Agile and/or iterative delivery methodologies
