Essential Functions

- Provides a single point of contact for Operating Unit into IT and acts as a conduit between the two organizations.
- Leads Business Process Modeling sessions, acting as a documentarian, co-facilitator, facilitator, and/or subject matter expert in sketch sessions.
- Collaborates consistently with warehouse floor to understand requirements and systematic changes to enhance service, efficiency, and quality.
- Conducts preliminary investigation for all project requests. Review’s and elicit requirements, specifications, test, support, and training plans to ensure they are in line with business objectives on projects.
- Participates in Business Process Management group efforts to collect and analyze metrics and continually improve processes owned by the group.
- Participates in root cause analysis to recommend product enhancements or other appropriate actions to improve productivity for both the Operating Unit and IT.
- Acts as Product Owner and maintains priority and traceability of requirements from concept to delivery of a project.
- Participates in Scrum meetings and product sprints
- Overseeing all stages of product creation including design and development
- Monitoring and evaluating product progress at each stage of the process
- Ability to identify and document change request and escalate appropriately.
- Ability to manage multiple projects

- Bachelor’s degree
- 2 to 5 years of related work experience
- Logistics experience and WMS knowledge
- Experience in leading the defining, testing and implementing of business applications to support operational execution.
- Strong analytical skills and effective communication skills to effectively interact with a wide range of users with different levels of computer expertise. Ability to design workable solutions to problems in a timely manner.
- Continuously required to sit, type, and perform repetitive wrist motion;
- Occasionally required to stand, walk, bend, squat/kneel, twist/turn, or reach.
