The ideal candidate has experience in Accounting, Finance, or Alternative Investments, with strong analytical skills and the ability to translate business needs into functional solutions while working closely with clients, stakeholders, and technical teams.

Required Skills & Experience

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience: 2–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Financial Analyst, or in Accounting/Finance with client-facing responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Develop functional documentation, user guides, and end-user documentation.
• Collaborate with business users to identify process improvements and application enhancements.
• Provide functional application support and troubleshoot software issues.
• Analyze financial statements and support business decision-making.
• Communicate requirement changes, enhancements, and project updates to technical and business teams.
• Interact directly with clients, investors, and senior stakeholders while ensuring high-quality service.
• Support software implementations, testing activities, and business process improvements.
