IT Business Systems Analyst

We are looking for a Business Analyst with 3 to 5 years of experience in similar roles within business analysis, project management, and digital environments. The mission of this role will be to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, and define solutions that align with business objectives, ensuring the successful delivery of projects within a fast‑paced, global production model.

This role will work closely with cross‑functional teams, including engineering, design, and product management, contributing to process improvements, business efficiency, and the execution of strategic initiatives.

What you'll do:

• Lead end-to-end requirements gathering activities with business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Analyze business processes, systems, workflows, and user needs to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Document business requirements, functional requirements, use cases, user flows, and process maps.
• Create detailed functional specifications and supporting documentation for development teams.
• Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and requirement elicitation meetings.
• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and development teams.
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Product Owners, Designers, and Developers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support solution design activities and participate in documentation reviews.
• Develop and maintain process flows, workflow diagrams, wireframes, and business documentation.
• Manage requirements from identification through validation, implementation, and testing.
• Support SIT, UAT, and production implementation activities when required.
• Maintain project documentation using Jira, Confluence, and other collaboration tools.

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields.
• 3 to 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst.
• Experience working on software development, digital product, website, or technology-focused projects.
• Strong experience gathering, analyzing, documenting, and validating business and functional requirements.
• Proven experience facilitating stakeholder meetings and requirement workshops.
• Experience creating process flows, business process documentation, user stories, use cases, and functional specifications.
• Working knowledge of Waterfall methodology and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Experience using Figma for wireframes, process visualization, or solution documentation.
• Experience using Jira and Confluence for requirements management and documentation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced English level (B2+ or higher).

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience supporting SIT, UAT, and post-implementation activities.
• Experience working with distributed or cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with Visio, Lucidchart, or other process modeling tools.
• Experience in digital marketing, agency, healthcare, or pharma environments.
