Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development.
• Ensure the quality and performance of applications through rigorous testing and validation.
• Document application designs and configurations to support future maintenance and upgrades.
• Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in nCino Bank Operating System.
• Experience with application design and configuration within banking or financial services environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve software issues effectively.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting while managing individual responsibilities.

• This position is based at our Coimbatore office.
