As an Integration Engineer, a typical day involves offering expert consultative services focused on business and system integration to support clients in deploying efficient solutions. This role requires engaging deeply with client needs, interpreting those needs into actionable business and technology strategies. The day includes leading discussions on transformation initiatives, guiding the customer journey, and shaping functional and application designs. Ensuring that the technology and business solutions align precisely with the client s requirements is a key aspect of daily responsibilities, fostering seamless integration and successful project outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the coordination of integration activities to ensure alignment between business objectives and technical implementations.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders to promote clarity and consensus on integration strategies.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
• Strong knowledge of SAP system architecture and integration techniques.
• Experience in designing and implementing end-to-end integration solutions within SAP landscapes.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues effectively.
• Familiarity with data migration and interface development in SAP environments.
• Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive technology solutions.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
• This position is based at our Coimbatore office.
