Roles and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business partners to understand data product requirements and define raw and business data assets.
• Analyse requirements and translate them into data products and information marts.
• Create dimensional data models using Kimball methodology and support Data Vault 2.0 design for raw and business vaults.
• Develop and review complex SQL and tune queries for performance, including SQL generated using Vaultspeed.
• Coach and train team members in BI business analysis, working with information stewards, modelers, and business users.

Skills Required:

• 8 - 10 years of relevant experience in Business Intelligence and BI requirements analysis
• Business Analyst experience in BI business requirements analysis.
• Data Modelling expertise, including dimensional modeling and Data Vault concepts.
• SQL proficiency, including analysis and writing of complex SQL.
• Sybase experience (preferably Sybase IQ) and ability to work with DWH databases.

Good to Have:

• Analytical Skill and strong problem-solving for data modeling and query performance.
• Communications strength for stakeholder management and coaching.

Education: Any Graduation, Any Post Graduation
