Principle Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse existing business processes, workflows and systems to identify opportunities for digital improvement, automation and simplification.
- Lead discovery workshops to understand business requirements and pain points.
- Gather, document and validate business requirements with stakeholders across business, IT and operational teams.
- Support the design and implementation of digital solutions using the MS Power Platform
- Support the deployment of RPA’s throughout the business
- Work closely with technical teams, and business users to ensure solutions are fit for purpose and effectively adopted.
- Support change management activities, including stakeholder engagement, communications, training materials and user readiness.
- Monitor the effectiveness of digital initiatives after implementation and support continuous improvement activities.
- Support the planning and coordination of digital transformation projects, including scope, timelines, milestones, dependencies and deliverables.
- Maintain project documentation such as action logs, risk and issue logs, decision records, status updates and project plans.
- Track progress against agreed timelines and escalate risks, issues or blockers where required.
- Coordinate meetings, workshops and working sessions with stakeholders, ensuring actions are captured and followed through.
- Support project governance by preparing status reports, steering updates and key project metrics.
- Assist with resource coordination, prioritization and alignment across multiple digital initiatives.
- Contribute to post-implementation reviews, benefits tracking and lessons learned activities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into practical actions.
- Good understanding of digital transformation, process improvement and technology-enabled change.
- Ability to document business requirements clearly and communicate them to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence across teams.
- Good project coordination skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Confident communication, presentation and reporting skills.
- Understanding of change management principles and user adoption challenges.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
- Experience in business analysis, digital transformation, process improvement, project coordination or a similar role.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver technology or business change initiatives.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery approaches.
- Experience creating business requirements, process documentation, reports, dashboards or project status updates.
- Project management or business analysis certifications such as PRINCE2, Agile, Lean Six Sigma or PMP would be beneficial but not essential.
- Digital initiatives are delivered in line with agreed scope, timelines and expected outcomes.
- Business requirements are clearly documented, understood and translated into effective solutions.
- Stakeholders are engaged and informed throughout the project lifecycle.
- Process improvements and digital solutions deliver measurable efficiency, quality or user experience benefits.
