Overview of Role
A public sector client has a requirement to hire a Business Analyst on a day rate contract basis. This will be a 2+ year contract with an established client. You will be working alongside an established Ergo team delivering business systems and technical projects.

The successful candidate will.

• Be able to work in all aspects of a project life cycle from Business Analysis to implementation and testing.
• Be capable of working on her/his own initiative.
• Able work effectively as part of a team.

Key Deliverables

• Business process analysis, including process mapping.
• Systematic and methodology driven business process analysis (e.g. LEAN Six Sigma).
• Some overlap with the Project Management and the ability to work with methodology (PMP, / PRINCE, etc).
• Facilitating workshops as part of requirements gathering.
• Business process design incorporating process mapping (e.g. Visio process maps).
• Building user stories and associated acceptance criteria.
• Building comprehensive test plans and documents to support solution delivery.
• Building comprehensive documentation and transitioning support documentation to various
  stakeholder groups (i.e. business and technical audiences).
• Providing system support, know-how, and understanding of operational systems and
  processes.
• Familiar with DevOps environments
• Review and analysis of the organisations business intentions, services, processes and
  information needs to identify changes to leads to business improvements.
• Conduct feasibility studies, producing high-level and detailed business models
• Liaises with management regarding the delivery of process and organisational change.
• Experience of change management, including using formal change management techniques

Qualifications or equivalents

• Degree level or better
• BA / PM Certification
