Key Objective
Actively support The CCD in business information systems governance and project delivery. Be the system owner for key business information systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Data and systems management for key Business Information System applications (currently Momentus, Microsoft Power Platform and AI tools).
- Development of new and oversight of existing business reporting.
- AI application rollout and support
- Provide troubleshooting support for the business in relation to the company’s business information systems and business intelligence applications.
- Be an active member of the team implementing upgrades and changes to any of the business information systems.
- Proactively test and quality-check internal business applications, identifying issues and resolving them directly or escalating to the relevant developer as needed
- Support change management and provide application technical support for colleagues.
- Support system overview training to all new starters and refresher training / new tool rollouts as appropriate.
- Deliver a high level of customer service.
- Actively contribute to any other project as required by the Head of Cybersecurity and ICT.
- Experience of working with SQL database applications, Microsoft Power Platform.
- Experience with Power BI and Power automate specifically.
- Min 2-3 years experience.
- Very strong understanding and demonstrable experience of AI tools and use cases.
- Experience with Copilot Studio is an advantage.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
